Children will showcase and sell their own handmade crafts, from ornaments and jewelry to artwork and baked goodies. It’s the perfect place to find one-of-a-kind gifts while supporting our young local makers.

This event is focused on kids’ crafts, and space will be reserved primarily for local children's vendors. If space allows, additional participants may be welcomed.

1. Event Purpose

The Little Elves Holiday Fair is a community event designed to give children the opportunity to showcase and sell their handmade crafts in a fun and supportive environment.

2. Vendor Eligibility

  • This event is intended primarily for local child vendors (ages 6–17).

  • Each vendor must have a parent or guardian present during the entire event.

  • If space allows, non-local or adult vendors may be considered at the discretion of the event organizers.

3. Product Guidelines

  • All items must be handmade by the child vendor (with minimal adult assistance).

  • No resale, mass-produced, or commercial items are allowed.

  • All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.

  • Food or baked items must comply with local food safety rules (if applicable).

4. Booth Space

  • Each vendor will be assigned a booth or table space by event staff.

  • Vendors are responsible for setting up, decorating, and cleaning up their space.

  • Booths must remain open for the entire event duration.

  • Space requests will be honored when possible but are not guaranteed.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Booth fees (if applicable) must be paid by the registration deadline.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.

6. Setup & Teardown

  • Setup and teardown times will be provided in advance.

  • Vendors must arrive on time and have their area ready before the fair opens.

  • All materials must be removed at the end of the event.

7. Supervision & Safety

  • A parent or guardian must remain with each vendor at all times.

  • The event is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Vendors and guardians agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by the event team.

8. Conduct

  • Kindness, teamwork, and good sportsmanship are expected from all participants.

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.

9. Photography & Promotion

  • By participating, vendors and guardians grant permission for event organizers to use photos or videos taken during the fair for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, flyers, or local news).

10. Organizer Rights

Event organizers reserve the right to:

  • Deny or cancel vendor participation for non-compliance with these terms.

  • Modify event details (including date, time, or location) as needed.
